Update the sound card configuration of joystick

Parameters:

card_id
start	should joystick be used?

Return value:

was sound config changed?

local joy_dialog (integer joy_id, symbol button, map sound_card) -> symbol

Joystick configuration dialog. Configuration of joystick attached to specified sound card.

Parameters:

joy_id	Joystick index (in the sysconfig file)
button	Label for `next button: `finish, `ok or `next
sound_card

Return value:

Id of pressed button in the dialog
