Detailed Description

Build string to identify/retrieve a specific Solvable.

"[<namespace>:]<name>-<version>-<release>.<arch>@<repoalias>"

Any namespace that prepends the InstanceIds must be passed to the ctor. Conversion to/from instanceId can be done via function call operator().
